Inspiration. Essence. Substance. Different ideas. A journey living the art of surfing. Photography, poetry, soul. Dreams coming true. Our life is a vortex moving continually in time and space. We believe in destiny.

Inspiracao. Essencia. Substancia. Ideias diferentes. Uma jornada vivendo a arte de surfar. Fotografia, poesia, alma. Tornando sonhos realidade. Nossa vida e' um buraco de vacuo se movendo continuamente no espaco, no tempo. Nos acreditamos em destino.

Whatever

Dane, I've only put you here to see if you care. Let me know. You'll find me on Twitter. It's an instant messaging service on the outskirts of the digital frontier. It's more spontaneous than contest surfing, less contrived than online video pieces, and you don't need crayons or t-shirts. The Old Messiah's first heat back on The Book of Rules tour, for the whole year, required a restart. Welcome back, Dane. You were right: life off tour makes much more sense. Then there was nothing for the rest of the heat. Dane should see this for what it is: a reason to make videos and learn Twitter while hiding from the impressions others have heaped upon him. The right choice was made -- to be anywhere other than the tour. He just needs to commit to not doing it. It would take a hundred heats, across two years, to make a ten-minute Marine Layer Production, and it wouldn't have the board-choice creativity he's chosen in real life.
